What I tried

Met Dan in Chehalis after about four months of emails. He’d said what he had and I took as much of it as I could fit.

What I measured

Two machines, a 5160 and a 5271 with an Inboard 386 in it, an IBM 5153, two Model F keyboards, a 122-key 3270 keyboard, four ST-251s, and a box of ISA cards including the 3270 display adapter and host connect card. All Tektronix surplus, stored since the 1990s.

What broke or surprised me

Nothing had been powered on. The 3270 keyboard controller card wasn’t in the lot.
